With interest in Multimedia and Music on Free and Open Source systems continuing to grow, we proposed the Multimedia and Music miniconf for LCA2016. The Miniconf was been accepted and was held on Monday 1 February 2016. This website provides information about the miniconf such as the Call for Papers and schedule.
This miniconf was organised by Jonathan Woithe and Silvia Pfeiffer.
With the miniconf now completed the Call for papers is retained for historical reference. The miniconf schedule has been updated to include copies of slides and links to videos where available.
The miniconf videos are now available on the Linux Australia mirror site.
A special thanks is extended to all those who volunteered to present talks or demonstrations at the miniconf. The success of the event is due to the efforts put in by our speakers and this was very much appreciated by ourselves and the miniconf attendees.
